Hello, Todd Creek Farms Neighbors!
My name is Jason Pardikes, and I am proud to call Todd Creek Farms my home since 2017. Over the past seven years, my family and I have fallen in love with the spacious lots, private open spaces, and trails that make this community so special. I’ve had the privilege of serving on the HOA Board since 2019, including as Board Chair, and I’m seeking your support for re-election to continue building on the progress we’ve made together.
My Accomplishments as Your HOA Board Representative
- Returned $1.36 Million in oil and gas revenues directly to homeowners – and reversing early Board decisions to withhold these monies.
- Increased Transparency by digitizing and posting over 90,000 HOA documents and launching a new website and monthly newsletter.
- Strengthened Our Financial Health by fully restoring HOA Reserves to 100% compliance and balancing the budget each year.
- Invested in Infrastructure with trail maintenance and beautification projects to keep home values high.
- Built Community Connections through initiatives like the Todd Creek Cares program and the Annual Fall Festival.
- Reformed Governance by eliminating punitive fines and creating resident-focused covenant updates.
Why I’m Running
As a resident, I know the value of privacy and open spaces in Todd Creek Farms. As your Board member, I believe the HOA should act as a responsible fiduciary, respect homeowners’ rights, and support a sense of community. Together, we’ve made significant strides in improving our neighborhood. I am committed to continuing this progress and addressing the evolving needs of our community.
My Priorities for the Future

- Covenant Reform & Evolution
- Update outdated covenants to align with current state laws (CCIOA).
- Ensure regulations reflect the needs and values of our diverse community.
- Ban practices like foreclosure enforcement for HOA fines.
- Financial Stewardship
- Continue protecting the community from frivolous lawsuits like Apke et. al vs Todd Creek Farms, which is on track to cost each homeowner more than $1,000.
- Prioritize homeowner reimbursements and responsible financial management.
- Conduct and publish annual audits to maintain fiscal accountability.
- Community Engagement
- Expand homeowner input through online forums and workshops.
- Strengthen communication between the Board and residents.
- Foster a culture of transparency and inclusivity.
